How the solution works
JSP-ApplicationMonitoring™ is a browser-based solution for monitoring the performance, errors, and behaviour of web services and APIs. It collects metrics, logs, and distributed traces using OpenTelemetry, giving a single view of how applications perform under real conditions.
Key benefits
The solution handles response time tracking, error rate monitoring, distributed tracing, log correlation, service dependency maps, and alert configuration. Slow services, cascading failures, and dependency bottlenecks can be identified before users notice a problem.
Installation and Commissioning
JSP-ApplicationMonitoring™ can be delivered pre-installed on a server solution, installed in the customer's own server environment, or provided as a separately agreed managed service. Onboarding can include SigNoz or OpenObserve, instrumentation setup, alert rules, and training.

Features and technical implementation
Name: SigNoz or OpenObserve.
Development: SigNoz and OpenObserve are open-source observability platforms under the GNU AGPL v3 licence. SigNoz focuses on OpenTelemetry-based application observability, while OpenObserve brings together logs, metrics, traces, real user monitoring, and LLM observability.
Info: Installation and instrumentation guides are available in the SigNoz documentation and OpenObserve documentation. We select the implementation based on the applications, log volume, RUM and LLM monitoring, and integration requirements. We also provide help with onboarding, instrumentation, and maintenance.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed agreed server environment or server resources, software installation, basic configuration, and separately agreed application instrumentation and alert setup.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for hardware, server resources, onboarding, and maintenance.
