JSP-Automation™ connects company applications and automates repetitive work between them. Visually constructed workflows reduce manual data transfer and help existing systems work as one coordinated solution.

Installation and Commissioning
JSP-Automation™ can use Activepieces Community Edition or Node-RED. The solution can be installed in the customer's own server environment or provided as a managed service by JSP-IT Solutions Oy. Onboarding can include connected systems, credentials and secrets, workflows, error handling, logs, permissions, backups, and maintenance.

Features and technical implementation
Name: Activepieces Community Edition or Node-RED.
Development: The open core of Activepieces Community Edition is MIT-licensed, while enterprise features are commercial. See the source code and licence boundary on GitHub. Node-RED is an Apache 2.0-licensed open-source workflow and integration tool.
Info: The solution implements event-based workflows, data transformations, notifications, and API calls between systems. Every workflow is designed with an authoritative source, error handling, and monitoring.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed automation platform, installation, basic configuration, and separately agreed connectors, workflows, testing, documentation, and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source Community software, only for server resources, workflow design, integrations, testing, and maintenance. Commercial features are licensed separately.
Integrations and scope
Automation does not remove source-system access-control, security, or privacy requirements. Results can be monitored with JSP-Reporting™, while workflows can connect products such as JSP-Forms™ and JSP-CRM™.
