JSP-ContractManagement™ brings customer, supplier, and service contracts into one browser-based system. It follows a contract from preparation through approval, signature, active use, renewal, and expiry.

Installation and Commissioning
JSP-ContractManagement™ can use OpenCLM or Wraft when structured document authoring is the stronger requirement. The solution can be installed in the customer's own server environment or provided as a managed service by JSP-IT Solutions Oy. Onboarding can include contract types, metadata, parties, owners, approval workflows, reminders, templates, clauses, permissions, and integrations.

Name: OpenCLM or Wraft.
Development: OpenCLM states that it is a fully open, self-hosted AGPLv3 contract lifecycle management solution. See the OpenCLM project information. Wraft is an AGPLv3-licensed open document lifecycle management and authoring platform.
Info: The solution can include a contract repository, templates, a clause library, versions, approvals, deadlines, renewals, obligations, reminders, signature integrations, and event history. The final platform is selected according to the intended contract process.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed server solution, installation, contract structure, basic configuration, and separately agreed data imports, templates, workflows, integrations, and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for server resources, onboarding, contract-process design, data import, integrations, and maintenance.
Integrations and scope
JSP-Signature™ handles signing, JSP-DocumentManagement™ archives and classifies documents, and JSP-Procurement™ handles purchase requests and supplier processes. Approval workflows can be modelled with JSP-ProcessManagement™. JSP-ContractManagement™ follows the complete contract lifecycle.
