JSP-DocumentIntelligence™ converts PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and image files into structured data. It can be used for document ingestion, search services, AI assistants, and further data processing.

Development: Docling is an MIT-licensed open-source foundation for document processing; licences for the models in use are reviewed separately.
Info: Technical feasibility is 4/5. A pilot can be limited to selected material and a reviewed output format. Production deployment separately defines model licences, data protection, file retention, quality evaluation, and handling of recognition errors.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes material assessment, Docling foundation deployment, agreed file types and output structures, integrations, testing, documentation, and an operating model.
