JSP-DocumentManagement™ turns scanned and electronic documents into an organised, searchable archive. Documents can be classified, tagged, and found by their content instead of being buried in folders.

Documents can be imported consistently from scanners, email, and monitored folders for further processing. OCR enables full-text search, while document types, correspondents, tags, permissions, retention, and backups keep the archive manageable.

Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed server solution, installation, basic settings, import sources, users, backups, and separately agreed data migration and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for server resources, onboarding, storage, data migration, integrations, and maintenance.
Integrations and scope
More extensive approval, case-management, or records-management workflows are specified separately. PDF files can be handled with JSP-PDF™, while documents can be connected to JSP-Signature™ and JSP-Cloud™.
