How the solution works
JSP-EmailArchive™ is a browser-based solution for retaining company email in a centralised, searchable long-term archive. Incoming and outgoing messages are indexed automatically, and authorised users can retrieve any message by full-text search without accessing the mail server directly.
Key benefits
The solution handles automatic archiving, full-text search, retention policies, deduplication, access control, legal hold, message restoration, and audit logs. Messages can be found years later without depending on individual mailbox exports or backup restores.
Installation and Commissioning
JSP-EmailArchive™ can be delivered pre-installed on a agreed server environment, installed in the customer's own server environment, or provided as a separately agreed managed service. Onboarding can include Piler, mail server integration, retention rules, and training.

Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed agreed server environment or server resources, software installation, basic configuration, and separately agreed mail server integration and retention rule setup.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for hardware, server resources, onboarding, and maintenance.
