ⓘ What do the product labels mean?

SaaS environment The solution can be installed in the customer’s own or customer-controlled cloud or SaaS environment.

On-premises The solution can be installed in the customer’s local server or virtual environment.

Managed service We can handle the solution’s maintenance, updates, and technical administration.

How the solution works

JSP-ERP™ brings a company's essential data and workflows into one browser-based system. It supports Finnish small and medium-sized businesses with sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and financial processes.

Key benefits

A shared system reduces duplicate data entry and simplifies tracking orders, customers, products, and deliveries. Features and user permissions can be introduced in stages according to the company's size, industry, and processes.

Installation and Commissioning

JSP-ERP™ can be delivered on a agreed server environment sized for a suitable workload, installed in the customer's own server environment, or provided as a separately agreed managed service. Onboarding can include ERPNext, company and user configuration, module setup, data imports, document templates, integrations, backups, and training.

Who the solution is for

For organisations that want to connect business processes, manage premises or build broader technical solutions.

When comparing options:

JSP-Billing™ focuses on creating and following sales invoices. JSP-ERP™ fits when invoicing is part of a wider sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance whole.

JSP-Procurement™ focuses on purchase needs, orders, and approvals. JSP-ERP™ also connects purchasing to other business processes.

JSP-Inventory™ fits standalone stock and inventory transaction management. JSP-ERP™ is better when inventory connects widely to sales, purchasing, and finance.
