JSP-ERP™ brings a company's essential data and workflows into one browser-based system. It supports Finnish small and medium-sized businesses with sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and financial processes.
A shared system reduces duplicate data entry and simplifies tracking orders, customers, products, and deliveries. Features and user permissions can be introduced in stages according to the company's size, industry, and processes.
JSP-ERP™ can be delivered on a agreed server environment sized for a suitable workload, installed in the customer's own server environment, or provided as a separately agreed managed service. Onboarding can include ERPNext, company and user configuration, module setup, data imports, document templates, integrations, backups, and training.
For organisations that want to connect business processes, manage premises or build broader technical solutions.
When comparing options: JSP-Billing™ focuses on creating and following sales invoices. JSP-ERP™ fits when invoicing is part of a wider sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance whole. JSP-Procurement™ focuses on purchase needs, orders, and approvals. JSP-ERP™ also connects purchasing to other business processes. JSP-Inventory™ fits standalone stock and inventory transaction management. JSP-ERP™ is better when inventory connects widely to sales, purchasing, and finance.
