How the solution works
JSP-EventManagement™ is a browser-based solution for managing events, ticket sales, registrations, and attendee communication. Organisers can create events, set ticket types and quotas, collect registrations, and communicate with participants from one place.

The solution handles event setup, ticket categories, payment processing, attendee lists, check-in, waiting lists, and confirmation emails. Events can be free or paid, and the organiser retains full control over attendee data.
Installation and Commissioning
JSP-EventManagement™ can be delivered pre-installed on a agreed server environment, installed in the customer's own server environment, or provided as a separately agreed managed service. Onboarding can include pretix, event setup, payment configuration, and training.

Development: pretix is developed as open-source software under the Apache 2.0 licence. See the source code on GitHub and visit the pretix website.
Info: Installation and event management guides are available in the pretix documentation. We also provide help with onboarding, payment setup, and maintenance.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed agreed server environment or server resources, software installation, basic configuration, and separately agreed payment gateway and event setup.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for hardware, server resources, onboarding, and maintenance. Payment processing fees depend on the selected payment provider.
Integrations and scope
JSP-EventManagement™ can be used alongside JSP-Forms™ for pre-event surveys and JSP-Newsletter™ for participant communication.
