JSP-FieldService™ coordinates customer visits, installations, and maintenance work performed outside the office. Work orders, schedules, technicians, materials, and reporting stay connected throughout the assignment.

Installation and Commissioning
JSP-FieldService™ is tailored using the open-source Frappe framework and ERPNext components. The solution can be installed in the customer's own server environment or provided as a managed service by JSP-IT Solutions Oy. Deployment can include work-order stages, mobile views, forms, roles, materials, customer and equipment data, integrations, backups, and training.

Development: Frappe and ERPNext are open-source systems. See the ERPNext source code and licence information on GitHub.

Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed server solution, tailored field-service workflow, forms, roles, and separately agreed data imports, integrations, and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for server resources, solution design, onboarding, customisation, integrations, and maintenance.
Integrations and scope
Offline use is not included by default and is designed separately when required. The solution can connect to JSP-Maintenance™, JSP-TimeTracker™, JSP-Inventory™, and JSP-Billing™.
