How the solution works
JSP-Forms™ provides browser-based forms for collecting customer, employee, and stakeholder information. Answers are stored systematically and can trigger notifications or further processing.
Key benefits
Surveys, feedback forms, and internal data collections can use conditional questions and reusable structures. Results remain available for reporting and agreed exports in a controlled hosting environment.

Development: Formbricks Core is AGPLv3-licensed open-source software. See the source code and licence information on GitHub.
Info: The solution supports forms, surveys, conditional questions, response collection, notifications, reports, and exports.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed server solution, installation, basic settings, agreed forms, backups, and separately agreed integrations and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source core, only for server resources, onboarding, form design, integrations, and maintenance.
Integrations and scope
Enterprise features and white-label or resale rights are subject to separate terms. The open-source edition is used transparently, and any additional licence need is agreed before deployment. Form responses can be directed to JSP-Helpdesk™.
