How the solution works
JSP-Procurement™ brings purchase requests, requests for quotation, suppliers, approvals, and purchase orders into one browser-based system. The procurement need remains visible through a consistent process up to receipt.

Installation and Commissioning
JSP-Procurement™ uses the open procurement functions of ERPNext as a focused solution or as part of a broader JSP-ERP™ deployment. The solution can be installed in the customer's own server environment or provided as a managed service by JSP-IT Solutions Oy. Onboarding can include suppliers, items, approval limits, requests for quotation, purchase orders, receipts, users, document templates, and integrations.

Development: ERPNext is a GPLv3-licensed open-source enterprise resource planning system. See the source code and licence information on GitHub.
Info: Procurement functions cover material requests, requests for quotation, supplier quotations and comparison, purchase orders, receipts, and source information for purchase invoices. Deployment can be limited to the required stages.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed server solution, installation, procurement settings, and separately agreed data imports, document templates, approval workflows, integrations, and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for server resources, onboarding, process configuration, integrations, and maintenance.
