Installation and Commissioning
JSP-Reporting™ can use Metabase Open Source or Apache Superset for more demanding environments. The solution can be installed in the customer's own server environment or provided as a managed service by JSP-IT Solutions Oy. Onboarding can include data sources, data models, permissions, metrics, dashboards, refresh schedules, backups, and training.

Features and technical implementation
Name: Metabase Open Source or Apache Superset.
Development: The open edition of Metabase is AGPL-licensed, while enterprise components in the same repository are commercial. See the Metabase source code and licence boundary. Apache Superset is an Apache 2.0-licensed open-source BI platform.
Info: The solution connects agreed data sources to reports and dashboards. Data quality, definitions, permissions, and source-system load are designed before production use.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed reporting platform, installation, data-source connections, basic configuration, and separately agreed metrics, data models, dashboards, and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source edition, only for server resources, data modelling, report implementation, integrations, and maintenance. Commercial features are licensed separately.
Integrations and scope
Reporting shows how operations are developing but does not replace source-system processes. Data flows can be built with JSP-Automation™, while systems such as JSP-CRM™ and JSP-TimeTracker™ provide source information. Website visitor data can be analysed with JSP-WebAnalytics™.
