How the solution works
JSP-Signature™ makes it possible to send documents for electronic signatures and follow their progress from one place. Templates and signing workflows make recurring agreements faster and easier to manage.
Key benefits
Documents can be sent securely to one or more signers in a defined order and tracked throughout the signing process. Pending, completed, and declined requests remain visible, while completed documents and their event history are stored systematically.
Installation and Commissioning
JSP-Signature™ can be installed in the customer’s own environment or provided as a managed service. Onboarding can include Documenso Core, users, document templates, email messages, signing workflows, storage, backups, and training.

Name: Documenso Core.
Development: Documenso Core is AGPLv3-licensed open-source software. See the source code and licence information on GitHub.
Info: The service manages document templates, recipients, signing order, requests, notifications, completed documents, and event history.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed server solution, installation, basic configuration, and separately agreed templates, integrations, storage practices, and training.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source core, only for server resources, onboarding, customisation, and maintenance. Enterprise features may require a separate licence.
Integrations and scope
The required signature level, identification method, and evidentiary requirements are selected according to the intended documents. Signed documents can be linked to JSP-DocumentManagement™.
