How the solution works
JSP-TimeTracker™ is a browser-based solution for tracking working time, projects, and customer assignments. Time can be recorded with a timer or entered afterwards and allocated to customers, projects, and activities.

The solution manages hourly rates, budgets, expenses, approvals, and invoicing reports. A shared view makes it easier to monitor profitability, workload, and project progress.
Installation and Commissioning
JSP-TimeTracker™ can be delivered pre-installed on a agreed server environment, installed in the customer's own server environment, or provided as a separately agreed managed service. Onboarding can include Kimai, user roles, customers and projects, data import, backups, and training.

Name: Kimai.
Development: Kimai is developed as open-source software under the GNU AGPL v3 licence. See the source code on GitHub and visit the Kimai website.
Info: Installation, usage, and update guides are available in the Kimai documentation. We also provide help with onboarding, data import, and maintenance.
Content of delivery: Delivery includes the agreed agreed server environment or server resources, software installation, basic configuration, and separately agreed data imports and integrations.
Price: We do not charge for the open-source software, only for hardware, server resources, onboarding, and maintenance. Any paid plugins are charged separately.
Integrations and scope
Solution capacity is sized according to the number of users, data volume, and backup requirements so onboarding can be controlled and the service remains ready as usage grows.
