How the solution works
JSP-Whistleblowing™ is a browser-based solution for receiving and handling confidential reports of misconduct, policy violations, and other compliance concerns. Reporters can submit anonymously and continue communicating with case handlers through an encrypted channel without revealing their identity.
Key benefits
The solution handles anonymous submissions, secure two-way messaging between reporters and handlers, case status tracking, role-based access, audit logs, and file attachments. Each reporter receives a private tracking code to follow their case without logging in.
Installation and Commissioning
JSP-Whistleblowing™ can be delivered pre-installed on a agreed server environment, installed in the customer's own server environment, or provided as a separately agreed managed service. Onboarding can include GlobaLeaks, case workflow setup, user roles, and training.
