Files can be accessed through browsers, desktop computers, and mobile devices without depending on an external consumer cloud. The solution provides user and group permissions, internal and external sharing, version history, and desktop and mobile applications.
Document classification, search and versioning
JSP-DocumentManagement™ turns scanned and electronic documents into an organised, searchable archive. Documents can be classified, tagged, and found by their content instead of being buried in folders. Documents can be imported consistently from scanners, email, and monitored folders for further processing. Access rights remain under control.
Digital forms, surveys and submissions
JSP-Forms™ provides browser-based forms for collecting customer, employee, and stakeholder information. Answers are stored systematically and can trigger notifications or further processing. Surveys, feedback forms, and internal data collections can use conditional questions and reusable structures. Responses are ready for prompt follow-up and action.

The solution handles PDF merging, splitting, page reordering, compression, format conversion, and OCR.
Central email archiving and search
JSP-EmailArchive™ is a browser-based solution for retaining and searching company email in a central long-term archive. Incoming and outgoing messages are indexed automatically, and authorised users can find messages with full-text search without direct access to the mail server. Retention rules and access rights keep the archive controlled.
Intelligent document structure and content recognition
JSP-DocumentIntelligence™ converts PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and image files into structured data. It can be used for document ingestion, search services, AI assistants, and further data processing. Recognition can separate structure, headings, tables, images, and text for agreed downstream processing. Results are reviewed before downstream processing. Recognised information remains available to workflows. Structured data is ready for further use.
