Devices, software, connectivity and websites
You do not have to solve everything yourself. We can fix a specific problem, set up a new device securely or create a personal website without burying the work in technical jargon.
Before work begins, we review the objective, required information and expected costs. Afterwards, you receive a clear summary and practical instructions for the future.
We help install and troubleshoot computers, phones, printers, applications, wireless networks and internet connections. Support is available remotely or on site as appropriate. Explore the Nearby-IT™ service models.
We can also check updates, backups, user accounts and secure basic device use. When needed, we help transfer files from an old device to a new one and record agreed follow-up actions.
Typical situations include Wi-Fi problems, setting up a printer or scanner, or getting a new computer or phone up and running. We keep the explanations simple and jargon-free.
We create clear, responsive websites for presenting your expertise, hobby, portfolio or another personal project. Structure and visual design are planned together around the content you provide.
We help select a domain, hosting, privacy arrangements and maintenance. The website can start small and expand later as content and requirements grow without rebuilding the entire implementation.
The build includes clear content management, image optimisation and a contact form where needed. You also get short instructions for updating the content yourself afterwards.
Home IT support carried out on site as installation, maintenance or repair work may qualify for Finland's household tax credit (kotitalousvähennys). The credit does not cover the purchase price of devices, remote work or phone support.
Work that can qualify includes, for example, installing a computer and its peripherals, installing software and updates, and installing or adjusting network connections and modems at home. Always check the current terms and amounts with the Finnish Tax Administration.
You get an itemised invoice for the labour cost, which you need when claiming the credit.
If the assessment changes the scope materially, we agree on any additional work first.
We first establish what you need to work and in what environment. We then agree the scope in plain language, complete the work carefully and leave you with clear instructions for what comes next.
